This is what I do with the money I'm making as a nanny in Canada: I send it to my American bank account to pay off federal student loans. So, I basically get a raise every time the loonie increases relative to the dollar. It's really going quite well right now.

We went down to Bellingham today and when I went to get $100 US I only had to give them $95. Too bad when we paid off our American loans the dollar did not work in our favour, but I'm glad its working out for you
